Automated Report Generation
The primary purpose of Report Manager is to automate the client’s QAQC reporting process. As QAQC reporting can be a massive time burden given today’s stringent compliance and reporting requirements, Report Manager makes routine what used to be a tedious task and allows users to complete their QAQC reporting from Fusion in a fraction of the time.
Activities Based Reporting
Part of the efficiency within Report Manager is gained by using Activities Based Reporting. By allowing users to assign multiple charts and reports to a single repeatable activity Report Manager minimizes both the amount of time and repetition spent producing QAQC charts and reports. Users are no longer required to produce EVERY report they require for a given reporting period, they only need to run the activity that contains ALL of those reports ONCE.
Ease of Use
Report Manager has been designed to be user friendly. Users can design charts, create, modify, export and run activities quickly and efficiently using an intuitive graphical user interface.
Export to Templates
One of the features within Report Manager that assists users in meeting their reporting requirements is the ability to have activities, charts and reports exported directly into Word or PDF documents. This feature eliminates time spent cutting and pasting QAQC graphs and reports into standard company documents.
Coming Soon: Ability to Schedule Activities
Report Manager goes a step further than allowing users to run activates, it also provides users the capability of scheduling those activities, eliminating the need for any user input to run reports that are needed on a regular basis. This feature within Report Manager once set up, virtually eliminates time spent producing QAQC reports.
